BLTS-1006M

The BLTS-1006M battery less telephone communication system ensures intercommunication in case of a powerfailure on board.

The system can operate in self-contained mode (requires no power connection) and in telephone mode (doesn’t require amanual generator for its operation if external power is supplied).

Open architecture of the BLTS-1006M units creates an opportunity to arrange the systems providing different designs, optionsand user capacities.The BLTS-1006M is designed for following networks:

• Single-path – to arrange direct-pair communication
• Communication node path (using switching units and telephones) - to arrange communication (pair and broadcast) betweenthe main station and a group of users
• Multinode paths (using any combinations of switching units and telephones) – to arrange communication (pair and broadcast)of the main station within its group or other user groups

The System ensures:

a) BTC user network organization using PSU (or without PSU);

b) communication session, call and answering the call in BTC user networkwith / without connection to power mains;

c) organization of autonomous BTC network with capacity from two to twentyfour users without application of сommutator telephone or in addition to the existentswitching network using telephones connected in parallel;

d) communication if operation is carried out using an inductor (manual generator)or external PSU in the following modes:

– pair communication

– between two users;

– general list or selective conference call – with all or selected users;

e) length of one communication session (for pair communication) – atleast 10 minutes after one rotation cycle of generator (max. speed 3 rot/sec during 3…5 seconds) or more, if an inductor handle was rotated for the second time;

f) possibility to ensure communication:– in individual means of respiratory protection (using external communicationdevices with throat microphones);– in environment with increased level of noise (max. 130 dB) – using individualmeans of hearing protection (headset or intercom helmet);

g) telephone communication in case of communication device cable is extended(headset or intercom helmet) up to 10 m;

h) flashing sound and light signaling of devices and commutator telephones –while supplying a call. Commutator telephones additionally provide for light signaling ofselected user line;

i) flashing sound and light signaling of devices and commutator telephones –while receiving a call. Commutator telephones additionally provide for light indicationof calling user;

j) external call signaling units may be connected to the units and commutator telephones (except portable ones); they may also repeat incoming call signaling (if powersupply is available) and mute (reset) current alarm;

k) electric generator status (inductor) and power supply is controlled by constantLED glowing.
